M1a · Dimensionless Numerical Verification
FROZEN / CORE-VERIFIED / FULL-METHOD-OPEN
A vehicle-independent test core separates identity, solver and event tests from physical model validation and actual A/B reachability.
Bounded Test Core
The generic dimensionless point-body model is a mathematical test problem, not a calibrated aircraft model. The artificial budget rate does not model onboard chemical-fuel consumption. Test parameters are not transferred to real platforms.
Reported Verification
The specification reports passing energy/dissipation identities, analytical baselines, comparisons against RK45, DOP853 and Radau, and synthetic hold-interval gates. SPEC FROZEN / TESTKERN PASS / VOLLSTÄNDIGER M1a-NACHWEIS OPEN is the limited acceptance status.
What Remains Open
No complete two-variant MEG reachability test, global impossibility certificate, full existence/uniqueness proof or empirical calibration. Agreement between two solvers does not close these gaps.
Do Not Conflate Problem Classes
An initial-value problem with prescribed control and event termination is not automatically a boundary-value problem. If the control must first be found, both the problem and proof obligations change. Numerical method verification remains separate from physical model validation.
Versions and Next Steps
M0.6.7 remains the unchanged conceptual reference; M1a.0.1 is the earlier method document and M1a.0.2 the authoritative specification freeze. The reconstructive project master v1.1 is not a new M0/M1a baseline. None of these versions is a new ROS core version.
New Explicit Model Boundary, No New M1a Freeze
The later research marker H-A-ATT-01 remains OPEN / NOT_VALIDATED. Generic point-body tests attest neither attitude/rotational dynamics nor stabilization of a specific aircraft. The synthesis audit of October 20 expands the interpretation, not the frozen test scope.
