FULL-SCOPE-REVIEW / FULL_PASS_NOT_ATTESTED
A separate ROS review examines the overall synthesis for domains of validity, hidden assumptions and overstated evidentiary claims. Central findings stand, while critical demonstrations remain open.
What Was Reviewed
The review distinguishes physical foundations, project conventions and empirically open hypotheses. Its subject is the overarching synthesis, not a new freeze of M0.6.7, M1a or Trajectory. It is distinct from the earlier conditional audit of the energy baseline.
Retained, but Limited in Scope
Mechanical state energy remains distinct from consumption; a defined gate remains distinct from dynamic reachability; numerical verification remains distinct from physical validation. Navigation, radio geometry and sensor examples support claims only within the domains of their respective sources and applications.
Asymmetric Assumptions Are Not a Consumption Law
Different initial states and differently assumed stabilization must not be combined into a general energy ranking. H-A-ATT-01 remains OPEN / NOT_VALIDATED; common MEG reachability and the sign and magnitude of ΔQ_onboard remain UNBESTIMMT (undetermined).
Reachability Requires Precise Conditions
Admissible inputs, disturbances, time bounds and the type of proof must be specified. The existence of one trajectory is not automatically a robust demonstration. Numerical failure must be distinguished from proven unreachability.
Audit Scope Is Not FULL_PASS Acceptance
According to the review, QG-RS-01 and QG-RT-01 are PARTIAL. Flowchart applicability is substantively justified; canonical derivation and semantic checks remain PARTIAL, while SVG/visual QA is UNTESTED. This run lacks a replay-validated canonical Research State and a fully attested FlowchartBuild. FULL_PASS remains NOT_ATTESTED.
Document ROS Benefits Without Inventing Effectiveness
The case demonstrates traceable limitations and corrections. It proves neither the novelty of provenance as a general principle nor a measured superiority of ROS over established methods. A controlled comparison of error detection, effort and reproducibility remains open.
